If you are interested in the history of Grand Forks or its culture, we have everything you want. Enjoy our exclusive one hour self-guided tour that travels accross all historic Grand Forks. If it suddenly starts to rain, you will be submerged by the quantity of activities to do. You could, for example, go bowling at our bowling alley or enjoy a movie in our theatre! You could discover the Boundary museum, which talks about Grand Forks’ history, or the Mountain View Doukhbor Museum. If you are not already fascinated by these activities, you could still visit the Art Gallery, the Library or the City Hall.

However, if none of the above arouse your interest because you are not found of culture nor history, Grand Forks is also a great place for sports and outdoor activities. You could sleep in our camp site, located next to the Kettle River, right in the heart of downtown.

You could enjoy a nice picnic on a hot, sunny day, right besides the official Grand Forks BXM track! Next to our magnificent downtown, you will find sport activities for all ages! You could go to the arena to play hockey or to figure skate, go play baseball, tennis, curling, and even do skateboard! Or else, there is always the relaxing option; we have three fitness centers and an aquatic center with a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and much more. Plus, if your eighty-year old grandparents or parents are with you and you want to get rid of them, just dump them at one of our senior centers! At the end of all these once-in-a-lifetime experiences, you can eat at one of our restaurants specialized in Russian cuisine! They serve our town’s famous meal, the borscht.
